Welcome to Al Dente! For the last 20 years I have been working in some of the best kitchens in Chicago cooking other chefs’ food in other chefs’ restaurants. About a year ago my wife Maria and I decided it was time for us to do something for ourselves. It was time to do something in our own voice. Something that is authentic to us. That is where Al Dente holds is roots. At Al Dente the highest quality food, the perfect drink, the greatest hospitality, all served with a genuine love for what we do, are what we are all about.
